I used this stroller on several runs while training for a marathon. I run at about a 8 min/mile pace, and it rides smooth at this speed. It is lightweight enough that it didn't slow me down on even surfaces, you do feel it a bit going uphill. The only drawback is that it has been difficult to align the wheels so it will go in a straight line without holding it.

I bought this stroller to train for a 15K run. It definitely helped me train. Somehow, it doesn't go straight and the stroller viers to the right...not real sure about why that happens. The handlebar could be sturdier. But, all and all--Great Stroller! Great for runners!

Overall, this is a great stroller for running on the roads and straight trails. Because the wheels are the largest made; they provide an easy ride but difficult to turn. If you plan on doing road running this is a great stroller, but this is not one for tracks or curves. The weather shield is great and easy to add during a run. A wonderful feature without the additional charge.

Best jogger for the $. Light weight, fast, easy to assemble. Our son loves to ride around in this jogger, very comfy and supportive, with gentle ride. My wife and I love the adjustable handle, a must with her at 5'3" and myself at 5'11". Would recommend again and again. Also has built in rain guard which is very handy.

I totally recommend this stroller. It is lightweight which is nice since my son is 26lbs. He absolutely loves it. Falls right to sleep while we run. It is easy to manuever and is very sturdy. Not for tall children but my oldest is in school when I use it and is close to the weight limit. I still give it 5 stars for sure!

i love this stroller!! i take it on the street and for some trail running. the big wheels make the ride so smooth. the trails we run on have some small rocks and the stroller just glides over them. it is also very easy to push- it just glides along (in a straight path!). i've tried a friend's jogger that took much more effort to move and keep straight. this one definately doesn't slow me down as much. my only complaint is that the canopy is attached at the top and can't be pulled all the way down to block the sun when it's facing us.

My husband and I (both runners ourselves) purchased the Schwinn Joyrider Jogger as a gift for our nephew and his wife who will be first time parents any minute now! The Dad-to-be is a tri-athlete and the Mom-to-be is a casual runner so we were looking for a product that would work for both of them. There is definitely some assembly required but it was not a problem for my handy husband. We were very, very pleased at how sturdy and substantial the Joyrider is and we think the features (wind/rain shield, lots of storage compartments, etc.) will be a plus. Although the baby we purchased the product for has not yet arrived, his two cousins – both of normal size and weight - gave it a few test rides. The girl (age 7 months) seemed very comfortable and at ease both on smooth road and even going over bumps in the rugged yard. Once it almost tipped over on a slight incline but she was well secured in the harness and didn’t even notice! The boy (age 32 months) liked it and only wanted to go fast and over bumps! Although the new baby can certainly use it as a stroller, I don't think there will be any running with him in it...I think it's made more for kids at least 6 months old. In closing, we were looking for the best bang-for-our-bucks and we feel this product definitely delivered.

The stroller is beautiful, easy to assemble, and built extremely well. The extra large wheels allow it to go anywhere. We love it and the grandparents want to buy one because it is so easy to push!
